HARWICH – The planning board approved the site plan special permit for the 15.5-acre solar array to be developed on the capped landfill site off Queen Anne Road this week.  The board had concerns about proper funding being available to decommission the 17,000 solar panels down the road.  But the board was satisfied the proper steps were taken to assure the structure would be dismantled.  Read the full story in the next edition of The Chronicle.
